By placing an order with Festivelly, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3. Our Service

Festivelly curates and sells festive décor and related products. Orders are primarily placed via WhatsApp after you browse our catalogue. Product availability, pricing, and delivery options may change from time to time.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display colours and details accurately, but actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting.
Dimensions and descriptions are approximate and intended as a guide.
Availability is subject to stock; if an item is unavailable after you place a request, we will inform you and suggest alternatives or a refund if payment is already made.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices will be communicated clearly before you confirm your order.
Applicable taxes (including GST) will be mentioned on your invoice generated by Super Trading Company.
Payment methods (such as UPI, bank transfer, cards, or payment links) will be shared with you on WhatsApp at the time of order confirmation.
Your order is considered confirmed only after we receive payment (unless explicitly agreed otherwise).

6. Orders & Fulfilment

You share your selected products on WhatsApp; we confirm availability and total amount.
Once you approve, we proceed with packing and share a link or form to collect your billing and delivery details.
After details are submitted and payment is received, Super Trading Company raises a GST invoice and dispatches your order.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines will be shared at the time of order. These are estimates and can vary due to courier delays, festivals, or other factors.
Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed over to the courier, but we will support you in coordinating with the courier in case of issues.
Incorrect or incomplete address details provided by you may lead to delays or non-delivery; any additional charges for re-delivery may be passed on to you.
For certain orders, delivery may be fulfilled using third-party courier services such as Porter or Uber Courier. Any charges levied by such courier partners are payable directly by the customer.
